Hammam Al Ándalus: the two hours you actually remember.
Málaga's Arab baths sit in a converted 16th-century building three minutes from the cathedral. Ninety minutes rotating through cold, warm and hot pools, mint tea in a candlelit courtyard — and, if you book it, a Kessa exfoliation that leaves you a shade lighter.

Which treatment to book
If it is your first hammam anywhere, the Baths + 30-min massage (€95) is the sweet spot: enough water time to actually relax, then a proper deep-tissue massage on a heated marble slab. If you want the full ritual experience, book the Kessa exfoliation — a rough-mitt scrub with black soap that removes a surprising amount of skin. You come out looking new.

Málaga vs Granada vs Marbella
The Granada branch is the flagship — larger, older building, more theatrical lighting. Málaga is smaller and calmer; you often have a pool to yourself midweek. Marbella is newer and slicker but feels less atmospheric. If you are already in Málaga, do not travel for one of the others — they are the same brand, and Málaga's is fine.
A note on freshness: opening hours, prices and transport in Málaga can change. Confirm time-sensitive information through the official source before you travel.
