Best acoustics: Iglesia San Julián. Best atmosphere: Palacio de Ferré. Skip the Coldplay tribute if you want a proper classical evening — go for Vivaldi's Four Seasons or the Hans Zimmer programme.

Price bands and how to book
Prices are set by Fever, not the venue, so they are identical across sites: Zone C €18–25 (side, sometimes obstructed candle view), Zone B €30–38 (centre, rows 6–10), Zone A €42–55 (centre, rows 1–5). Zone A is worth it in the smaller venues; in the Cámara de Comercio Zone B is fine.
Book at feverup.com/candlelight/malaga. Third-party resellers charge 30–50% more for the same tickets — always go direct. There are no student or resident discounts.
Which programmes are actually good
Vivaldi's Four Seasons and Bach's Best Works are the strongest of the classical programmes — proper string-quartet arrangements at concert pitch. Hans Zimmer & John Williams works if you accept it as film music; the Interstellar cue in San Julián is genuinely stirring. The Coldplay and Queen tributes are enjoyable but essentially quartet karaoke — go for the atmosphere, not the music.
Practical evening plan
Doors open 45 minutes before; arrive 20 minutes early to get a drink from the bar. Concerts are 65 minutes with no interval, ending around 21:15 for the 20:00 slot or 23:00 for the 21:45 slot. Perfect precede: tapas at El Pimpi or Uvedoble on Calle Císter (both five minutes from Palacio de Ferré and San Julián).
